Twinkling Lights is a topper with scattered glitter in classic Christmas lights colors - red, green, blue, purple, gold, and silver in two different hex glitter sizes. Layer it over any color you like, or just on your nails!
Use 1-2 coats, depending on how dense you want the glitter particles.
Polishes should be stored in a cool and dark area. Shake well before use.
